Phil is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist who has
worked in the Health and Recreation Industries for almost 10 years.
Phil
specialises in a broad variety of different styles of massage including Swedish,
Sports, Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage. He also incorporates more advanced techniques such
as Positional Releases, Muscle Energy Techniques, Trigger Point and Myofascial
Release to achieve optimal results for his clients.
He is a Senior Member of the
Association of Massage Therapists (NSW) and
has had experience in treating clients from all walks of life, including elite
athletes, such as Olympians, NRL and Super 14 Players. Phil is also massage
therapist of choice for many local Chiropractors, Osteopaths and
Physiotherapists.

Daniel Rudy Dip Physio Tech (Pol.), Dip. Massage, Cert IV Remedial Massage, ATMS
Daniel has 8 years of experience in the Massage industry, both as a physiotherapy technician and a therapist.
He incorporates a wide range of different massage techniques into his treatments, depending on the client’s individual needs and likes, and has treated a vast range of clientele, from high profile celebrities to expectant mothers, the elderly, first grade NRL players and everyday mums and dads.
Daniel specialises in Sports, Remedial, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy massage and has also undertaken training in corrective exercise. He is senior member of ATMS and currently works with many rehabilitation cases alongside 3 high-profile Sydney Chiropractors.
